Your data stays in Quendoo, where you manage your availability and rates. H2B makes this information accessible to travel agencies in a structured way, without changing how you work. Agencies can view your availability, rates, and details directly, reducing manual requests and back-and-forth communication. 

The commercial relationship remains between you and the travel agency, and the agency pays you directly.

How to get started

Get started in a few simple steps

We help set up your property by syncing your Quendoo data, so you can start working with travel agencies in no time.

Create your account

Sign up and confirm your email to activate your H2B account. Once completed, you will have access to the platform and can continue with the setup process.

Send your Quendoo details

In Quendoo, subscribe your rate plans to H2B, then send your property name and Quendoo ID to support@h2b.ro so we can prepare your data import.

Review and complete your setup

Check the imported information and make sure everything is correct. Add any missing details required for your property, such as room types and facilities.

Confirm and go live

After reviewing your information, send us a confirmation at support@h2b.ro. We will activate your property and make it available to travel agencies.

First, you need to create and confirm your H2B account.
After that, send your property name and Quendoo ID to support@h2b.ro, and we will handle the data import.

After the import, you only need to review your data and complete a few details, such as:

   -company information
   -room types
   -room facilities

If some details (like descriptions or content in English) are missing, it’s recommended to complete them directly in Quendoo, as this is where your data is managed and updated.

No. You continue using Quendoo as you already do. H2B simply makes your data accessible to travel agencies.

H2B allows you to collaborate with travel agencies in a structured way, without managing everything manually. You remain in control of your collaborations and agreements.

You have full control over your collaborations and can manage access and agreements directly within H2B.

The travel agency pays you directly, just as in your current way of working. 

You issue invoices or payment links directly to the travel agency, based on your agreed terms. All necessary details are available in each booking.

H2B applies a commission of 1.5% + VAT, calculated only on completed reservations (after check-out).

The process is simple and depends mainly on how quickly the information is reviewed and confirmed.

Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Units - Summary

  1. No Contract Required – Agreement Takes Place on the Platform 

By creating an account and accepting the platform’s Terms, you enter into a service agreement with H2B. This agreement has the same legal value as a signed contract.

  1. You Control Your Property Information and Offers

You take full responsibility for:

  • Property details, rooms information, availability, and pricing;
  • Payment and cancellation policies of the reservation;
  • Keeping all property information accurate and up to date;

All bookings are based on the information you provide.

  1. You Work Directly with Travel Agencies
  • You set the commercial terms;
  • You receive payments directly from Travel Agencies;
  • You manage the relationship with the agency;

H2B does not act as a reseller or financial intermediary.

  1. Commission Only Applies to Confirmed Bookings

You pay H2B a commission of 1.5% + VAT only for bookings that are:

  • Received through H2B;
  • Confirmed by your property and completed;

If a booking is cancelled, fees apply only according to your cancellation policy.

  1. Monthly Invoicing and Payment Terms
  • H2B commissions are invoiced monthly;
  • Payments are made via bank transfer in EUR;
  • Payment term: 5 business days from the invoice date.
  1. Platform Role and Limitations

H2B:

  • Provides the technical platform and access to Travel Agencies that use H2B;
  • Does not control your content or pricing;
  • Does not guarantee bookings;
  • Is not responsible for how your accommodation unit services are provided to guests.
  1. Your Operational Obligations

You must:

  • Operate a legally classified accommodation unit;
  • Provide accurate and complete information;
  • Accommodate confirmed bookings;
  • Update booking status on the platform (if that changes after the confirmation status);

If a booking cannot be accommodated, you must provide an equivalent alternative.

  1. Access, Suspension, and Termination
  • Access may be suspended if payment obligations are not met
  • The agreement is ongoing and may be terminated by either party
  • Upon termination, your access to the platform may be removed
  1. Data and Confidentiality
  • Your data remains your property;
  • Both parties must maintain information confidentiality;
  • H2B may use aggregated data for analysis purposes 
  • H2B may use your data to promote your accommodation on different media channels (e-mail marketing, social media, travel events, etc.)
